Judge Bennett, we only pull information from PACER that is publically available. Please don't listen to spitty shitlips concept that we're judicial superhackers.
He didn't endorse the facts, just that Russ had claimed it. Russhole's response here was just retarded, it was "I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul" tier stupidity.

Discussion now about how russ lied about Steve Taylor.
Hardin lays out things very logically (including a point that he would be more valuable as a witness to the defense if they had a falling out).
The response?
"If you notice Mr. Hardin latches on the single words, not the whole argument."

Hardin is explaining the hardship of trying to track down Steve Taylor, called it "needless expenditure" that was prejudicial and worthy of sanction because Greer is filing things recklessly.

Greer responds that he mispoke when he said Taylor was a witness.

Judge will take the sanctions motion under advisement. There is a whole series of factors to consider what the sanction should be. Hardin ask for attorney's fees relating to time spent chasing Steve Taylor and the restraining order at a minimum.

Hardin suggests case termination. The case is on a "really bad track", Russell has "nowhere to go" with it now.
