It goes straight to the charity. They are using charity as a shield and Hasan would not be fundraising at all if it weren't for his beef with Ethan. This is purely a move to try to "own" Ethan after the content cop he participated in bombed, but charity is getting the money.

Edit: the narrative was set that Ethan was trying to destroy creator clash which Hasan and Ian refer to as a charity event by simply criticizing how Ian and Anisa managed it. Hasan hasn’t donated a penny when h3 has donated every time and promoted the shit out of the event.

Hasan on the other hand has actually been flown in, housed and fed on money that should have went to charity without ever promoting the event, donating to it or fundraising until he thought he could get one up on Ethan after he lost the debate combined with the fallout of content cop. They can apparently go to the group or person organizing the campaign rather than directly to the charity itself. This is from the Tiltify Terms of service:
