I think the opposite, if they hadn't gone nuclear from the start then it isn't likely to unless it escalated into a ground invasion.

Their designs though are undoubtedly cold war era at best. Chagai-1 and 2 were boosted but not proper thermonuclear weapons. That though might mean they have an easier time maintaining the stockpile they have since they aren't as temperamental as a proper boosted weapon.

Battery Command: weve received orders to start pounding the pooch
