Not to mention this begs the question why, when Maelle gets her painter powers back, why she didn't just resurrect him.

Even skimming the highlights is getting me nowhere, what the fuck did I miss? Synth simped for a vtuber who most likely is a 3/10 on a good day and all hell broke loose?
