I know everyone gave him shit, For taking ayahuasca and loosing his mind. But it made him seem more human to me. His composure on videos and podcasts when hes sober, is haughty and annoying. I do like his videos as they do bring a unique perspective on subjects, that I cant find anywhere else. Its a shame his bad trip ruined his credibility.

Considering he's given 24-hour livestream chat timeouts to people for telling him to stop streaming and go to bed, I don't think it's a stretch to say he'll timeout people that tell him to stop watching vtuber skanks.

Anyone who actually watches his streams knows there's only one rule in Synth's chat, and that is, don't annoy him. You can say just about anything at any time even if it is mildly confrontational but if he isn't in the mood he'll time you out.

But this is a V-tuber thread.

As a former VTuber enjoyer, you and me both. I liked them when they were new and novel and having goofy dumb fun playing games, but my favorites keep retiring (Gura, Mumei), ugly drama keeps cropping up (Rushia, others, dumbass drama reports keep showing up in my YT feed), generally unpleasant people (Kirsche, Nuxtaku, others) and the drama and greed are just dumb and I barely have time anymore even for clip collections on YT, much less full streams.

The last straw was people on YT whining that the tariffs meant they wouldn't be getting their VTuber merch anytime soon. Well feel free to learn a new hobby then you Goddamn entitled weebs!
