We're only properly doomed if these dumbfuck shitskins decided to nuke and irradiated their homeland. The poor parts of India look like literal hell: dirt fires fueled by carcass and waste, rapist eyed men, haggard looking women, children bathing in brown water filled with bones and feces, raggedy mismatched clothes with western logos on them, etc. But these people aren't going to live in fallout land. They will move. And western nations are their destinations if war gets bad enough.
