I'm talking about my place of work. Average of 10% daily rate no call no show at the factories (came up in union negotiations last year). Only drug test if there's an injury accident or upon hiring.

Union Members always complain when they actually have to work or they'll be replaced by other union members who'll actually work.

Once productions increase the union defenders will be out of work because it will be worth it dealing with a union rep when firing a no good lazy faggot who pays their union dues and replacing them with a not much better, less lazy faggot who'll pay their unions dues and the job actually gets done.
