Neo gets a letter saying that Shao Khan wants to host Mortal Kombat in Equestria. The princess ponies agree to it. All the characters show up. Neo fights them with kicking, punching, and teleporting. The ponies cheer him on. He wins the tournament and is congratulated by the pony princesses and there is a group hug.

The whole thing (3 entire chapters) reads like a summary of a much longer, more richly written story. He doesn't use any more description, imagery, or fancy terminology than I did in the previous passage.

EDIT: One entire paragraph is describing which characters fought each other in which round. It's just "name vs. other name, name vs. other name, name vs. other name" for an entire paragraph.

"My Little Pony - Friend Are All You Need" summary:

Neo is depressed and sad. Somehow he gets ahold of antidepressants. He secretly takes them and feels very "cheerful". (that word is used like 20 times). He sings and dances disco and flirts with female ponies. The ponies are confused by his behavior until they find the antidepressant bottle and realize that Neo has depression. Pinkie Pie thinks that antidepressants make you falsely happy, so the ponies decide to stage an intervention and get him to stop taking them. Neo admits that the ponies aren't enough to make him feel happy, and the antidepressants are helping him finally feel better. But the ponies don't like that, and after the baby ponies tell him that his medication usage is making them upset, the princess ponies heal his depression with purple light and he doesn't take the antidepressants anymore.

God damn, Neo is sick. He's not going to get better; he doesn't want to. As long as he has the fucking pony show, he's not going to actively try and better his life at all.

This reads like the synopsis of a horror story. The fact it's not and that Neo is completely serious make it so much worse. He must be an absolute nightmare for his parents.

If he wrote it backwards it would be an endearing story. The ponies are concerned about him being sad, they stage an intervention for him, he confesses that he has depression, they find him some antidepressants, and he is cheerful and able to sing and dance and be social without any hesitations or awkwardness.

Even the ponies in Taxman's head were more rational, for fuck's sake.

This...This is what Clive Barker and Doug Bradley had in mind way back when they made the first Hellraiser movie. They weren't expecting much from it, but they knew, one day, if they waited patiently, that a severely delusion boy would one day take this character and insert it into a pony cartoon, because he wanted to show how "edgy" he is.

I want you all to appreciate this. This is the culmination of the life's work of two great men. Barker's writing and directing? Bradley's acting career? It was all for this moment
