I've seen (and heard) that rumor being spread around but I never got to find out whether she's an actual tranny or not. I know it's most likely bullshit made up for the sole intention of stirring gay drama but I sincerely doubt that Muslim (actual practicing Muslims, not LARPers) trannies are a real thing. Especially in a place like Britain (she lives in London, right?) where nearly all the muslimeens are Sunni
