That's really interesting. I didn't understand the Discord leaks from this post in terms of Jobst using AI until now.

I don't know whether to give Jobst any benefit of the doubt at this point. It's possible he was sick af, unwell, and on cold medicine, but the cadence is odd as hell.

Then again, Jobst fed the court transcripts to AI and they told them there was no way he could lose:

is there actual proof that an original Donkey Kong arcade board was tested against the Billy Mitchell footage? it is possible that they tested using a reproduction arcade board and maybe thats the reason the "original arcade hardware" loaded its stages differently. afterall, even though the Donkey Kong is a little bit popular arcade, its old and there are more repro arcade boards circulating than real Nintendo arcade boards. was there tests done with all the revisions of the arcade board? there are 4 Donkey Kong boards. there might be a diffeent way each arcade board revision load its stages.

As a matter of fact, Billy got some engineers together and tried to modify an original cabinet to produce display just like mame.

Never mind the court transcripts, Karl tried to use AI to help him expose the battery company in the video he took down, so I wouldn't be surprised if he can't be bothered to read or write a script anymore and tried to outsource all his work to an LLM.

goose was so right when he said this, I fucking felt it live. I'm a loser whose been around since the early /srg/ days and remember when people started saying RNG all the time to describe literally everything that happened in the game. Back in my day, people actually described all the dumb autistic shit that was happening while they ran a game, and when something happened, they described exactly what it was and what frames, etc. But all of sudden, everyone just kept saying RNG to describe everything they were doing. Billy objectively cheated, but it also doesn't matter nearly as much as the A-Logs want to think it does. Apparently even Apollo Legend stopped giving a shit about it, which is why he was so willing to take down his Billy videos without it affecting his mental state. Unlike being attacked by the tranny brigade for not being willing to suck tranny dick.

Hell, I don't even think Karl cared that much, at least at the beginning. The Billy Mitchell feud, and the accusations made, were to create a smokescreen around the actions of Karl's tranny friends. It was probably only after seeing the runaway financial and reputational success from those Billy videos that Karl got worked up into an autistic frenzy and really started believing the "righteousness" of what he was doing. In wrestle-tism terms, he worked himself into a shoot. And since he was in such a righteous frenzy, he was unwilling to back down when it came time for real life consequences.

This is a pretty nasty thing to say about someone but people should keep in mind that those messages from Billy are from March 21, 2018.

I swear I remember the tranny with the blog (and I think even one of the trial witnesses) strongly implying that this was directly in response to the suicide. The misrepresentations in this case went deep, and beyond what just Karl was saying.
