He even said he would've voted for KCD2 himself out of the options on that poll so he is really just dented. Doesn't even make sense to blame "trolls" either because Lost Pause was the obvious one they would vote for.

I don't understand what's the point of adding games with tons of dialogue and two hour tutorials in a fucking MARATHON of all things.

Isn't the point of a MARATHON to play as many games as possible and experience as much gameplay as possible? Why would you choose a game with 30 minute cutscenes and long ass intros...

100% this. Phil made up his mind and knew he was going to shit on it before he even clicked the purchase button. He only bought it to (in his mind at least) prove he was always correct. It ties into his apology fetish, I bet he fully believed he'd play it for two hours, then everyone in chat would flood him with donations saying they were wrong and he was right, and someone would clip him and he'd go viral as being the no-shill gaming messiah that everyone loves because he has brilliant insight and courage.

Meanwhile, Phil actually had a game he was excited about playing for once, and...he just sort of threw it onto the end of the stream after the mood was already soured. Which was probably the most surprising part to me. Not Phil making a bad decision, that'd be Phil's free space on a bingo square, but when was the last time he really talked about wanting to play a game? Especially without immediately equating it to wanting to play solely because he thinks it'll bring in views/money/save the channel?

To me it reinforces the idea that he just uses Kat for his own mouthpiece and seeing those two together last time and how they act, shows he practically assimilated her to be a copy of him.

I don't even like his definition of a "marathon". To me a marathon is picking a game everyone wants to see and playing it for as long as possible.. all you do by bouncing around to a new game every hour is pissing off the people who liked that game and pissing off the people who don't like the next game. The only exception is when you're explicitly playing something that lends itself to bouncing around, like when Jerma985 was on archive.org playing random DOS games or playing itch.io slop to laugh at it.

It came in from anonymous and Phil said it had “!tip” but no message. “Must be from someone who’s never tipped before.”

Then OBS crashed and he was black screen for 3 minutes. It was allll very strange.

Because he actually thought someone was going to bail him out and didn't have a planned message ready to go.

Stuff like this is what makes me think he doesnt fake tips. If he really did fake tips why not just go wow 100 dollar tip right away!

Considering even the dents were revolting and Jayde wasn't happy about the marathon (unless it's another Jayde since the video doesn't show the superchat) we can safely assume it's our guy and of course Phil had to be a fucking dick and rub it in the fact that he's taking their money and won't address them. The last time I saw DSP actually engaged in a game was his WWE Champions livestreams. Only time I ever saw him happy, like his endorphin actuators only activate when gambling.

He is easily the most unlikeable person on the planet, period. The fact that he can only be compared to literal rapists and pedophiles just to make the argument that he's not so bad tells you everything. Yes, he's not as bad as Keemstar or Boogie or Ralph, but he's far more unlikeable than Boogie whenever he goes on a holier-than-thou speech on Lolcow Live (like him calling out Wings a terrible person even though he faked cancer).

I'm starting to think this nigger pignotized himself to unironically believe his own cope about "being the one responsible for bringing yakuza to the western world and was the one who made it even POSSIBLE to be as big as it is" so he has an obligation to play it despite he himself clearly being bored out of is mind whenever the long cutscenes play.

Remember when he was convicing himself that he inspired ReviewBrah because he "invented" pointing a camera at himself? He had a meltdown when someone questioned this and downright tried to deny he ever did it. Phil 100% sees himself as an internet culture icon with even more influence than the AVGN. He inspired Pewdiepie and invented let's plays, he inspired food reviews, he invented YouTube shorts/Tiktoks, he invented wrestling commentary shows... Phil's image of himself is even more deluded than WingsOfRedemption recently saying he's "athletic and muscular".
