I mean in a way they are doing it as a statement beyond just it being a TikTok trend. when i was younger i used to take apart laptops with a screwdriver and put them back together (inb4 autistic) but putting graphite into the usb slot in a chromebook is borderline retarded. but then again these kids are given chromebook instead of anything useful or anything that can run anything but cool math games

Unfortunately, probably not much. Teenagers and kids (Teenagers more so, because puberty makes you do really weird shit) have been retarded for eternity and they will remain retarded for eternity. That's to be expected, after all, their minds haven't been fully developed yet. The part that's worrying is the fact that this behavior is not being reprimanded ENOUGH. It used to be, on a consistent level as well, but that seems to have suddenly stopped. Not only is it being encouraged by their idols on their smartphones, they're not nearly getting enough punishment for the bullshit they're pulling with school property, paid for by actual working citizens. In the end, there's a net negative on all sides, for the students (as long as they don't learn any lessons, that is), for the school, and for the citizens who fund it with their tax dollars.

To be vague but true: Yes, 1-4 years ago. I've also stated in past posts, these are also white kids besides minorities.

It's worse than you can imagine. I'm not a doomer, but there will be many DV & SA charges once these kids hit 18-20's (not to mention suicides from lack of opportunities/drug induced suicide).
