That's an expensive neighbourhood to live in and a privileged location in regards to transportation, commerce, etc. Regardless of whether he rents or owns the property, that didn't come cheap. It's Recoleta, almost Palermo (three blocks away from Palermo, to be specific). Both places are consistently in every top five most expensive places to live in Capital Federal.

Palermo in particular is the butt of every "people with more money than sense" joke, since it's fashionable and has an active night life. The sort of neighbourhood with "financed by parents" artsy types, newly-rich IT types and overpriced specialty coffee shops.
