This has literally nothing to do with youtube.
The dislikes are calculated by the addon based on how many people with the addon liked/disliked. If the number changed its probably because the addon owners changed their algorithm after people started pointing out that its inaccurate.
If you see any dislikes on the mobile app its probably because you are using youtube vanced which adds this addon by default.
