I don't even know or care what's in Project 2025 but if it makes lefties seethe as much as you do and Trump's doing it, it has to be good.
P2025 is mostly a bunch of milquetoast "let's go back to before all the bad things happen but do nothing to actually stop the bad things from happening again".

Man, if only children had a set of older people that would pay attention to what they were doing.
You’re talking to a guy who was even married BEFORE conception

My kids will be oppressed to the appropriate degree where they at least never are so comfortable with pulling shit as to not worry about getting caught

It’s helpful that the wife and I don’t even drink, so we won’t be obvious hypocrites

Why did your parents give you unrestricted, unsupervised access to the internet at the age of five?
Why were you given any access to the internet when you were five years old?
This was the living room family computer. This was also admittedly pretty early internet and my parents were not savvy at all.

You could argue that this was neglect, but I said before: this was a children's music video on youtube. There was no reason to believe we should have even had the possibility of finding shit like that on there.

My point is that it's not even an issue of kids trying to gain access, at this point you have to put effort into avoiding it. Look at the roblox thread, or anything about the elsagate shit to see what I am talking about.

Someone needs to point out the obvious value of making it difficult if not impossible for children to have access to vices.

The only children who’ll successfully outsmart the barriers are children who are a little bit smarter. Don’t get me wrong, it’d be ideal to have 0% of children sneaking smokes, stealing booze, checking out porn etc. We know we can’t accomplish that. If we at least make it harder for guileless innocents to blunder into these things accidentally, we’ll have substantially less collateral damage as a society.

The remainder will split between no hopers from broken homes who’ll Darwin out of the picture, example: nick rekeita’s offspring and survivors who develop street smarts. Before the millennials were raised, this seemed to be the default position.

Noticed some furry folk in other circles are starting to panic due to this potential bill banning porn online, some are starting to think their entire livelihoods are at stake.

In other news, potential bill to ban online porn.

Your Ghost Archive link appears to not load correctly, but Archive Today has captured it successfully.

There are furry artists who make their living selling porn and porn commissions. This probably would endanger our outlaw their livelihoods.

I don't think this is going to go anywhere. A combination of Democrats trying to protect the LGBTQIA2S++ community from genocide, and Republicans with libertarian leanings hand-wringing about slippery slopes will probably be enough to stall the bill's progress.

The kikes at Jewtube banned Kanye's new music video before I even had a chance to see it in 1080p on the big TV.

Anyone know sites that store banned video archives?
I don't think much of Ye or his nigger jungle music that being said people who start wars for profit and make billions on genocide and suffering get glowing wrote ups in the New York times and positively interviewed on CNN.

Kanye gets treated far worse and committed no crime other than being edgy.

Cool. So did I. It also had a password login and in a part of the house that they always have view of the screen.
You don't have to be "tech savvy" to do that; by the time Youtube was a thing, password logins were well established.

The right really like snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. It doesn't matter since we're not in an election year and the public will forget about this if it fails to gain traction.

There should be another thread, solely on debating "should we ban porn". I don't think so.

If we wanna verify people's age, why not tie every driver's licenses or id for anyone over 18 to a Globally Unique Identifier. Setup some sort of public and private key to confirm it.

Porn is a vice. It is addictive. It should be regulated to a reasonable extent.
Should we regulate anything that can be addictive? Should I have to show my ID to buy candy? Play a gatcha game? Regulating addiction just means a larger government. And I'm for the least amount of government getting up into my life.

A Most Sensitive Subject in the White House: Where Is Melania?
She's in Florida or NYC. Living a private life. Just because your spouse is the president doesn't mean you have to become a public figure.

People should just have willpower and be the change they want to see in society.

The righteous need no law.

Governments wouldn't have to exist if you could reasonably expect people not to be retarded. The purpose of government is to restrain the collective id.

Because every attempt by the government to solve a pressing issue must by definition make a large corporation money or make it easier to violate your civil rights
