I have not the foggiest of clues what the whole SCP and RPC shit is. I looked a bit at it today, but, to be honest: I had other work that’s due and after 15 minutes I couldn’t get past “fictional text-based military roleplay” and it looked less appealing than fixing CSV files line-by-line. (Edit: Not that that was the work I had to do, that was better than both of these options)

While I do agree that the United States was the ultimate winner, your understanding of the Pacific theater is limited. Japan was forced to over-commit into multiple ground campaigns and they had a major lucky break in capturing Singapore. They were forced into multiple grinding campaigns in Burma and China that worked as a manpower sink and as much as the atomic bombs had an effect, the Soviets knocking out the Kwantung army in 3 weeks certainly made them realize that they were completely boxed in.

In short, the actual truth of the matter is that the war was a collaborative effort and the primary factors of victory still are British Intelligence, American Steel, and Russian Blood. Lose one of these three and the war would have gone different.
