It can depend on the lawyer and the funding. If she has a proud lawyer that does not need a defeat on his record or a bad one that cannot afford one more defeat, she might be dropped. Alternatively, if the crowdfunding fails, the lawyer might use whatever excuse they have to drop her seeing there is no more money to be had. Her hiding evidence is a good excuse.

The only way they have still have money is if you assume they were uncharacteristically responsible with savings accrued over Ian's career and have been living within their means. She takes so long to react to stuff, consistently when a clip of her plays in a video I’m watching I almost always think my video is buffering. I am consistently thrown off by how long she takes to do normal things (I think it’s because she’s genuinely very, very dumb) and I think that people pick up on it subconsciously.

That falls on the client. If the client hides stuff from the lawyer or mouths off in a way that screws up the case, it is on the client. If the client deleted a video without consulting the lawyer about how it looks, they will be seen as destroying evidence and the court will take that into account against them. If the client starts saying incriminating stuff, that will be used against them. The clients foolishly try to blame the lawyers in such cases but it never works.

Agreed. It's really sad to see people who are obviously so wrong for each other, who so obviously don't love each other force themselves to be together because the fear of being alone is stronger than their desire to be happy. Maybe at one point Ian and Anisa hit it off, but so clearly they got together for the wrong reasons. Ian being a sperg and not having high self-esteem, Anisa trying to find a meal ticket and fame.
