How do you expect them to travel with no electronic devices of any kind? A nuclear strike comes with an EMP. Major cities in both India and Pakistan are going to lose their airplanes, their modern ships and cars, their credit cards, their phones, their Internet access, etc in an instant.

would the average paki's/indians know if someone dropped a nuclear bomb on their capitol? or care? The majority of the country is literally a bombed out shithole anyway, whats a little fallout compared to the combined stink of a billion street shitters?
