Some vintage star wars posting after losing it all on mines just now:
It is known throughout professional circles (and widely accepted); that positive word association affirmation - the likes of which BMJ uses - helps to create a positive frame of mind and can assist in an appropriate mental state for the activity chosen and the desired goal.

Namely losing.

It just doesn't matter. The Casino keeps track of what goes in and what goes out by the user. If he "squirrels away" some money and doesn't return it to the Casino, it only makes his future odds of losing greater. He won't break the system by thinking he can get some juice get lucky, squirrel some away and the entire thing resets for the next time he gambles.

If BMJ was some freak of nature and could actually squirrel away something with the big wins and get ahead with he Casino, he would be breaking the business model and laws of physics.

It is a nice thought, though.
You can verify the odds yourself by checking the hash functions and seed values, meaning you would be able to tell if they change odds. At least on stake and BC.Game thats the case. Also when you win big money on these casinos, they dont actually "lose" the money, its calculated. Even when he would withdraw 100k, the house edge will make sure others will bleed for it. Law of averages. esp. for high stakes gambler like Austin. Casinos usually have a predictable profit, even when some players win big and cash out.

I feel bad for gamblers (except poker which isn't really gambling), all those hotels, the gold plated toilets - everything - is paid for by customers, not losers.

Occasionally you'll meet gamblers' who actually have a strategy for winning and boast wins. We call them liars or deluded. Winning only makes things worse for a gambler - not the losses. If they did nothing but lose all the time they'd never play, its the lure of the occasional win that gets them like BMJ into the belief the "hit it big" is around the corner.

Most gamblers become gamblers not because they lost the first time they gambled, but because they won.
