The cliffnotes for clarity
>They dropped her during her vacation, one day after the vice article (yes the one from Ana Valens aka Philip Wythe the dude who fantasizes about rape camps)
>She had promoted the game for 2 years, all of it for free. She only had a monetized code for 1 month at the time of being dropped
>They told her it was over the vice article. She told them that it takes quotes from her out of context and showed the context, they did not care.
>They said that dropping her was 'a unanimous decision' in their own words, so it's not a one-tranny-chaser-ceo-putting-his-foot-down situation, they all agreed on it.
>She offered for them to talk to her Mythic manager about it, they declined
It's a case of 'fuck off we want nothing to do with you. No we won't tell you why we hate you all of a sudden and please stop trying to argue this'.
Why the fuck they decided to do this over a vice article even though they weren't even getting pestered by the castrate brigade, I can't understand. The fact that they weren't even interested in talking to her manager makes me think this is more than a mere misunderstanding. If this was simply a case of 'read the article and made a hasty judgment', they wouldn't have been as adamant about it. Either they've always hated her and have just been waiting for an excuse to cut ties, or someone in-house is personal friends with Ana Valens aka Philip Wythe the dude who fantasizes about rape camps.
