Not for the HRT, but the justices talk to each other, and Yaniv is considered to be a vexatious litigant by them all, which is why every case he's brought to the HRT fails and backfires on him with costs.

I would guess that because of the legal actions involving the strata and fuckface that the body corporate would willingly fund legal action to injunct him from moving in. And given the state of housing pressure in Canada, it’s unlikely that Miriam has enough funds to sell up and relocate unless it’s to a significantly cheaper area.
