Terraforming even a moon requires tech which its practically theoretical at this point. It is actually easier/more feasible to build O'Neill cylinder habitats and using those celestial bodies as sources of both material and fuel, and inside those cylinders you can have the exact same life conditions than you do on earth, sans the sky of course.
