Damn Chris, Gonna be hitting out cliffhangers for some big reveals? My guess is a new rebooted sonichu announcement showing his tranformation into a woman and battling pmurt...that will get 11 pages in and never finished

But that still only goes so far. As a potential employee Chris throws up a lot of red flags well before you get to the point of Googling him. Namely the fact he's 35 and has virtually no work experience or education. To say nothing of his certainly abysmal interview skills. Who knows, maybe if he got his act together he could probably land a gig at Wal-Mart.

If he tries to go for a publicly advertised jobs, he probably won't get them. But there are church groups and organizations that try to help mentally handicapped people find employment (https://www.thespectrumcareers.com/). The problem is Chris doesn't want a job. I'm not saying he'd get a regular adult job. However, some company could hire him to do menial tasks with lots of oversight, and the tax break they'd get for him would more than cover his wages. Problem is the only person that could make him do this is him or Barb... neither one really seems interested.

Completely agree. The biggest thing keeping Chris from getting a job is the simple fact he just doesn't want one. While his well-documented history of spergy behavior and his autism are genuine excuses they are not reason enough to keep him out of the workforce. And honestly? I can't blame him. Why would he bother looking for a job when weens give him money?
 
Welp, time to unleash my inner Transformer nerd.

1. Transformers Animated Bumblebee doesn't have a hood chest- hell, that's even a fake roof chest (I will not divuge why). The actual car hood becomes his feet, fairly obvious given you can make out the headlights. In fact the only Bumblebe designs to have a hood chest are the movie design and its derivatives from TF Prime and the current Robots in Disguise series, neither of which I think are watched by Chris.
2. Both of those attached drawings are labeled Armada (2003 series) and Cybertron (2006). Transformers Animated came out in 2008, after the first live action film. Ironically, guess which character DOES NOT APPEAR in Armada or Cybertron. Hint: Bumblebee (Hasbro lost the name rights at the time)
3. Both of those recolored drawings look blatantly like they've been based on some version of the original 1984 Jazz look.

Target does that too. My local Safeway is packed with tardos because any worthwhile employee got headhunted to better jobs.

Yea, basically. A job would force him to take a step towards adulthood. After Bob died, he's had to take on more household responsibility and it's something he bitches about constantly. While a job would give him more financial stability, it'd encroach on his child-like lifestyle, which is what he actually values. Having a job is a constant in most of our lives and we've all accepted it as part of life. Chris on the other hand has skirted this aspect of adult-life for over a decade. He can just turn on the waterworks, for less than 2 minutes and get like $20.
 
I think we all like revisiting childhood once in a while, like with a Disney movie or something.

Then there's Chris... 35 and his biggest accomplishment is the worst rip-off of the worst design of Bumblebee ever.
 
10:1 says the big reveal will just be a custom toy meant to resemble Sonchu.

If that's the case, he could just lay low for a while and then apply. If he hasn't received a written ban, there should be nothing internal that would stop him from applying to, say, Target.

Ultimately, though, we all know this will never happen.

Maybe Bumblebee just happens to shit his pants. Given the fact that every character who enters Cwckville is instantly plagued with autism, this is a reasonable assumption.
