The listed resident is one "I. Johma", and I've searched to see if I could find anyone else in the US or Canada with that last name and first initial, and that was the only one I could find, so again, seems credible. Apparently it's a very uncommon last name. Anyway, it also seems to line up with his pics from his socials, as it's a single story home with a basement.

There are very few pictures of inside the house, and Zillow and whatnot seems to be pretty absent from that town in general for some reason, but from what I can see there's been nothing to discredit it?

It's also worth noting that apparently Ian never legally changed his name in the US, and only changed it in Canada. He's registered as Ian Washburn, his old/birth name, under his registration for Creator Clash LLC in Nevada:

I remember it felt very real and not just a bit for the video, so it was obvious. It was Ian who often broke character to express how annoyed he was with Chad and i wonder why that was? Why did Chad annoy him so much? Also Chad had an actual friendship he retained with both Max and Joji, unlike Ian. I don't think Joji and Ian were ever actually friends, it was just "business". So was he jealous of that?
