I know troons hate when people they dislike use the word "trap" despite it just being a fetish that has nothing to do with transgenderism. But you know, not a fetish etc.

Also, what the fuck is he even talking about. I've seen genderspecials sperg about how the dang, dirty cishets shouldn't get to be able to use the word "queer" in any context since ~*~that's our word, we reclaimed it~*~ but have never seen anyone say it's a "bad habit" to use queer as an umbrella term at all, especially since he says he's queer himself. According to socjus types and the vast majority of the LGBT community, queer is basically anyone who isn't straight and doesn't try to pass as straight (and is usually extended to anyone regardless of orientation who doesn't conform to gender/orientation norms e.g. poly people).

You can call Zach a lot of things ("male" being at the top of the list), but "straight" is definitely not one of them.

Nowadays, as far as I've seen, the kinds of people who use "queer" like it's sentence seasoning are almost invariably the rich college kid types who have no personal experience with homophobia. People who've had rougher upbringings tend to wince at that demeanor. He's wrong on two counts there with that last one.

What was nullified was the old covenant, meaning, the strictures applied to the Jews for salvation did not apply to the Gentiles, such as sacrifices of animals and specific laws like the clothing with two types of materials. However, the Jewish specific stuff was all that was abolished.

Even Jesus said doing your best to honor the old covenant would be pleasing to God, even if you were not Jewish, though you weren't bound to it, and the restrictions concerning sexual morality did not change between the old covenant with the Jews and the new one that applied to everyone.

In short, abstaining from sexual immorality is still expected of a Christian, and while most of the old laws that applied to the Jews no longer apply both the Jews and Gentiles, those who try to follow those rules as much as they can anyway will be blessed, and while not doing so won't get you kicked out of salvation, doing the absolute minimum means you will be "among the least of those who enter his Father's Kingdom", to paraphrase Jesus.
