The EO the gentleman in a previous post mentioned was the Lowering Prices for Patients by Eliminating Kickbacks to Middlemen which was a similar to this EO to try and lower the price of Prescription but failed when Big Pharma and its like challenged it in court and fucking won. He tried another one in September of 2020 and faced similar legal hurdles and ultimately floundered under legal scrutiny.

You do realize the courts are putting Trump on a position where Trump's only choice is to just say "Enforce it" or just pack the courts, right? SCOTUS has to put an end to this but Roberts is refusing to.
