Rusty failed to read the entire statute...

F. It is further found and declared that a person otherwise barred by the provisions of subsection (E)(2), (3), (5) or (6) of this section may be found suitable if, on appeal or review of denial of a license, the city council or the person or committee appointed by the city council, finds upon examination of the circumstances of the crime or of the event causing the revocation, as the case may be, and upon examination of the applicant's criminal history, that the applicant does not present, and is not likely to present in the future, a threat to public safety, morals and welfare, and will likely abide by the letter and intent of all applicable regulations.

Also he lost the license in 2011, not 2012.

Finally, Winemucca/Humboldt County would likely love to have Boss Gilman actually turn his attention toward them and I don't imagine they have any interest in pissing him off...

SPARKS, Nev. — Sex for sale aside, brothels here tend to be modest businesses: shoddy buildings kept out of sight in rural areas, on the outskirts of town or camouflaged in a thicket of cottonwood trees.

But the inconspicuous was thrust into the spotlight last month with the election of Lance Gilman, owner of the country’s first licensed brothel, to a seat on the Storey County Board of Commissioners.

“Nevadans don’t care about brothels,” said Mr. Gilman, 68, proprietor of the Mustang Ranch. “It’s everybody else who gets so excited.” [lol]

Storey County covers 262 square miles of high desert and sagebrush east of Reno, and Mr. Gilman, an industrial developer originally from San Diego, owns nearly 65 percent of the county.

On that land, Mr. Gilman and his business partner are creating what they bill as the largest industrial park in the world.

Welly well well! I expected filings to start kicking off this week, but I honestly didn't expect the Hardin/Null camp to fire the first shots, and what a salvo it is! I can hear the squeak of Russhole's head tightening all the way from here. I expect a nasty filing from the Bamboon tomorrow and just maybe ....some action from the judge by the end of the week?

Fingers crossed and I'm courting rainbows but I really feel the judge just wants this bullshit case off his docket now, and he has plenty of ammo for doing so but I guess he has to give Russ time to pay the court filing fees before he shitcans it, but I'm seriously hoping for more sanctions soon if not dismissal.

He said he was trying for criminal charges against Josh so that would be something separate from this lawsuit.

Hopefully he's intelligent enough to save a copy of the complaint on his phone this time around.

He's got a lot on his plate right now though. He has to file a response to Hardin's motion to dismiss. He has to file sanctions against Hardin for making a public records request. He has a file a police complaint against Josh.

I have a process question and I'm sorry if it's already been asked and answered, if the magistrate judge determines a dismissal would be appropriate does he have the power to do that or does he refer that recommendation to the district judge who makes the final decision?
Magistrate does not have the power of dismissal, in general and as a sanction. He does have a power to recommend such a thing (power which carries some interesting things that I will not mention) to the District Judge.

Nor do we see what Gilman's responses to Shitlips was.
If you mean in court, then we do have those docs.

I find it curious that Greer can autistically learn about zoning codes and municipal/county administration but he can’t seem to prosecute his own lawsuits. Really shows where his priorities lie.
judging from his success rate and how much the local cities and counties seem to hate him,, he is no better at understanding zoning codes and municipal rules than he is actual state and federal law. He just operates under the theory of "I think it means this, so that is the way it is".

He's not artistically learning about anything. He's spouting off enough "intelligent sounding" stupid shit to try and wow the girl (she might suck his penis!) but I imagine if you asked anyone with even a most basic understanding of anything (like say, the woman he's speaking to) you'd find out quickly that he's a fucking moron.

If the judge was merciful he'd review the motion to dismiss as soon as he can and make the dismissal recommendation before Greer pays. If the judge was a KiwiFarms user he'd wait until Greer pays and then make the recommendation to dismiss.

There's no way the judge makes any further moves until Greer pays (or fails to).

The Intimate dealings LLC listing on the NVSOS site says the llc is revoked.

There's another officer besides greer by the name of Christopher Wilson.

They ditched that policy in recent years.
Wal-Mart was getting sued more and more often as people were attacked by crazy homeless druggies in their parking lots, both by cities for maintaining a nuisance and by crime victims for their deliberate indifference to the safety of their customers.
My bad, I remember that name now. Guess I should have actually looked at the listing. No clue who Christopher is.
There's a Nevada Registered Agent Service at that address and lots of other corporations using it as their address.
