My theory is that Greer is done with this. It's not going to win even though he is completely in the right and KF MURDERS PEOPLE and WON'T LET HIM MOVE ON. It's starting to cost him real big boy bucks (though not nearly as much as it could/should have). While he doesn't want to keep racking up these L's, he also has never been humble or admitted he was wrong voluntarily, it was always after the fact and he had shit on his face for what he did. He can't just come forward and ask Josh and the court to dismiss/withdraw, that would mean he was wrong. But he doesn't want to play with this toy anymore, it doesn't make him feel studly and hookers aren't getting wet when he says to them 'I'm fighting a hatesite in court, all for you, baby".
We are all slaves to our mental illnesses. I thank God mine is building things in videogames where my kids come along and destroy them and I gently kiss their heads and thank them for their cruelty.

This is Greers great crusade. The case the 10th said he could surely win.

Even if he fails to pay the fee, gets sanctioned, and case dismissed, he will always be able to appeal to the 10th again and again and again.

Or the Supremes. They'll have to respond, the 10th said his case was good!

The good news is he'll likely have to pay the filing fees to the 10th since he's already shot himself in the foot and admitted he can afford them. And every one of those is $600.

So if there's no response, not even the smallest objection to the motion to dismiss, wouldn't that give the court all the reason to just dismiss it and finally be done

It's their chance to finally get it off the docket, but are they insane enough to deny the motion and keep it going?

I'm not a lawyer so correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure shitlips already burned his one appeal in the 10th. Or does that get reset since they overturned the dismissal from before? If not then his only option would be taking his appeal to the US Supreme Court which would essentially be pointless from my understanding.

Not how it works

Mr. Mistake: If he fails to respond to a motion to dismiss, and it be granted, can he just refile the day after he exhausts all appeals? Or would it be granted with prejudice?

This is one of the things Greer doesn't understand about his character. One of the reasons charismatic people make good leaders is that people are more likely to want to do things for you.

How is he going to get enough people to like him to run a Brothel? He just plain isn't going to be able to.

Greer is bossy, not a boss (in any sense of the word). If he had any charisma at all he'd be a petty tyrant at best. So good thing he doesn't.
