Synth actually needs to ban way more people. He's actually getting fucked here because of his lack of bans for Gay Op Purveyors. I'm someone who has lurked in Synth's chat a while. Let's go down some of the BS in this thread about bans:

Claus - Plethora of evidence of being a Pedo. Not much else to say, he is already talked about here a ton.
Husky - He was 100% behind some of the brigading, he told some members behind the scenes while telling other not to do it. He has tried to bring synth into conflict dozens of times. He's also a huge concern troll who pretends to love Synth while shit-stirring nonstop. When confronted with obvious evidence behind the scenes, Husky just denies it all.
Arkkoo - People are just lying about him on here. Arkkoo had multiple times told Synth to say or do things that would get everyone banned or jailed. He had given the chat 6+ life stories, all of which conflicted. He just lied all the time.
Thugnificient - Nonstop railed Synth about every little thing, to the point where some chatters would tell him to calm down. Just a general dickhead that was let run wild for ages. Also responsible for some gay ops.
XBOX HUEG - Just kind of got onto Synth at any opportunity. Spammed a lot of slurs that could get Synth ToS'd. Actually does this with other streamers too.

Not to mention the people he will probably never ban, but should. Here are a few of those:

Egad - Actually needs to be banned for his own good. He has a decent voice and could be a success if he'd stop being a massive furry and dick rider for synth. It would be a mercy to him.
Puar is Sexy - Runs a literal cinematic universe of people running gay ops and concern trolling Synth through donations. Some of the people in this thread work with him on being insufferable, para social, and generally a walking garbage dump. PiS needs to actually be banned before anyone else.
Kirsche - Being a mod is pretty insane, and the only way to placate the quarter of his fan base who dislikes her is to remove her.

So ironically, his lack of bans is leading to him being nonstop gay-opped. If he banned way more people, he'd be better off.
