HolleringElk is big gay, so theyre probably not fucking. As far as its revealed in the leaked DMs, they just seem like friends or confidants. They both are popular Reddit comic artists so it makes sense they'd have enough in common to rely on each other for support. Even the leaked DMs seem to indicate that Elk told Ellen to take a break or tone down the fervid political comics. Ellen got butthurt that her dearest friend would ask her to do such a thing.
