So Phil was the one who wouldnt let Pandas dog come with them. He always made it seem it was her idea but now we know.

Not to be an a-log but animal abuse and child abuse is where I draw my lines from laughing at an imbecile to taking action on their behavior. If he ever did something like that, I would make sure the authorities were contacted, it's one thing Panda choose to live with him shes choose it at this point but an innocent animal or child? Fuck that.

You'd think he'd at least be in the same room as her and hang out. Nah, he's gonna sit in a room on the other side of the house and play video games. While yelling at his console and chat, definitely relaxing for some who doesn't feel well.

Unless they're getting an old/mature dog from the pound that is chill as fuck and ok with being left alone I imagine phil is going to neglect the poor fucker horrendously.
A puppy needs attention and exercise and training and I don't think Phil has the discipline to do that.
He could totally get a small dog that doesn't need a lot of exercise(that he and Leanna could both handle walking in short amounts) that could just hang out with him sitting quietly on the couch while he makes his videos. But I think based on his track record of not being sensible or doing anything that might be construed as "settling" he's going to get a dog that is either too big and needy to handle or requires too much of a time and attention investment.
$100 says he'll keep it in a crate/cage whenever the girlfriend isn't around to look after it, maybe he'd even go as far as soundproofing the office so you can't hear the thing wailing on stream.

They're known for being loud and biting ankles, but raise them right and they're very sweet little lap dogs. Worst mine have ever done is just bark at people who pass by for a bit and then go back to sleep.

I am not 100 percent in how Short sales work but I have a theory. The bank rejected his short sell because he owns a home. Basically instead of paying off what he owes on condo he chose to buy a home instead. Why should the bank take a loss when the money they should have been paid is sitting in the value of his house? They probably want him to pay off the loan considering he has assets of up to 250k or whatever the house is worth and owes 100k on condo (according to dsp himself).

I don't think the bank was going to take a loss. I think he owed about 61K and was trying to sell for $67K. I think the prospective buyer backed out. They probably tried to talk him down to the assessed/appraised value and due to what he owed were unsuccessful.

To be fair, not everyone likes to be waited on when they're sick. Some people find it annoying to be consistently woken up by a SO when they're trying to sleep/recuperate. He could still stream and check in with her occasionally.
I mean, he won't, but I wouldn't shade anyone for doing this if that's what their SO wants.
ETA: Yeah, hopefully if that's what she wants she doesn't have to listen to Phil screaming all day on stream. Then again, wouldn't be surprised if Leanna invested in a pair of ear plugs long ago.

That's the thing that I could see happening. Leanna feeling like shit and trying to sleep through "KAHMAAHHHHNNNN," in the next room. I could only imagine what would happen if she asked him to keep it down so she can get to feeling better. You know, since she has to go to work the next day.

This is on the understanding that he owns the home he's living in plus his condo, correct me if I'm wrong.
The short sale was probably denied because of him having two properties, which makes the prospect of them foreclosing on a property a less scary prospect.
If he only had the one property and was in this sort of situation, and had tried to do something about it before the beginning of this year, he'd have been set to get a short sale with a forgiveness of the remaining debt.(though he might not have been in this situation in the first place if he only had the one home)
That's not going to happen if there's a second property to secure the rest of the debt against, though.
If he's having trouble paying his debts, they're going to be ok with foreclosing on him because if they don't make enough after auctioning off one property they can make up for it by foreclosing on the other remaining property. He might be able to get some relief on the debt from the second property if he gets foreclosed on twice but the program I was thinking of has ended and I don't know if it was replaced or what other relief programs there are.

So if the guesses about the short sale failing because he's got two properties are true (and I know fuck all about this, so I'm assuming that's a possibility), what are the chances that he'll end up selling his current property and moving back east?
