Maybe I'm being a Greer here (aka "retard"), but why would it be the defendant's responsibility to present this to the court?
Maybe I'm being a double Greer, but WTF does this have to do with Hardin's stated reasons for asking for an extension? He didn't call Greer's filing late, at all. He simply stated when the filing appeared for the sole purpose of listing a due date for the Defense reply.

I know, Greer is spazzing out over everything and nothing, but there's literally nothing there. It's like we're missing something, maybe an early Tuesday email from Hardin claiming Russ missed the deadline before it actually dropped on PACER. But that's not before the court, it's only in Greer's inbox, if it exists; and if it did I would've expected Russ to add an iPhone screenshot as an exhibit.

I can confidently claim Russ wrote this filing himself. Even uncensored AI don't get this unhinged.

Allegedly licensed? :story:

Mr Plaintiff Russell Greer, is there some evidence you'd like to share with the class?
Greer used "oddly" in the EMERGENCY motion to delay the hearing too, when referring to the timing of his Winnemucca engagement. He must really like that word.

Russ is absolutely envious of Hardin; believing Hardin has everything Russel wants but will never have. In a funnier world, Hardin would open his own chain of brothers in Nevada.
Why would you sully the man who is helping us continue to have a place on the Internet where we can shitpost about retards by associating him with women who have abandoned their sense of self-worth?

I cannot believe this was actually submitted.
Yeah it really feels like a first draft at best, or one of those emails you write just to vent with no intent to ever hit send. The whole openly admitting he was only changing his story out of spite thing should have been edited to, "I'm just a simple unfrozen caveman pro se dummy and I made an oopsie and it turns out I was wrong about this not being a financial burden, please forgive me judge. Can we work something out?"

So, I'm not a law guy, but can someone tell me: is there even going to be a trial? Didn't it close because Greer didn't respond on time?
Like all this shit he is sending to court, is any judge even going to read it?
What is their to try? The plaintiff said he had no evidence and no witnesses in the Discovery stipulation

When I was a kid, there was a younger kid in my neighborhood who was an absolute shitbird spoiled brat. Her face could have been in the dictionary next to "spoiled" because she was quintessential: If she wanted something, she screamed until her mom gave it to her. Sometimes she would scream and scream for a specific toy, it would be given to her, and then she would see another kid given a different toy and immediately drop the toy she was just given to scream for the other kid's toy.

That's our boy Greer. He doesn't want Hardin to get an extension, because Greer's own extensions have been denied. That's literally the only reason he's protesting. He doesn't care that a delay would probably be to his own benefit so he can spend more time coming up with stupid shit to file and more harebrained schemes to present to the court. All that matters is that Hardin gets toys (delays) and he doesn't, so he screams about it.

Okay now, question:

...blah blah blah...
1747256251701.webp

Does Greer think that the Magistrate in this District Court is going to give him a "personal protective order" against opposing counsel? And by extension, does he think this paragraph in his spittle-flecked opposition filing is how to request that?

'Motion to unsay the thing that I said' incoming...
He just openly filed that he has no intention of paying either the filing fees or the sanctions, and is just going to appeal his own direct and verified statements to the Judge in a Court Hearing.

The Judges response to this is going to be amazing. Assuming he doesn't go on a 3 day benzo and booze bender to try and forget what he just read.

This is completely unnecessary, as plaintiff showed up to the zoom hearing. and then
barely showed up to the other place he had to be at. Plaintiff even said in the footnote
of his motion that he would rather not say what it was.
There was also a business
meeting he was at too, but THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS CASE.
Emphasis added

Greer really does not want the court to find out that he tried to blow off the hearing to go ask a city council to let him start pimping in an old motel.

It's almost like he knows that while whoring is not illegal in Nevada, it is illegal in Utah because it considered immoral and sinful there. I believe he thinks that if the judge found out that he tried to blow off litigating his own case to try to go get a license to pimp in Nevada, the judge would hate him (more), and stop protecting him.

Greer has been told multiple times by the court itself that Hardin did nothing wrong putting the contact info that Greer provided in a filing, which only happened because Greer didn't come close to providing all the information he needed to. He was even directly told that even if he had marked the info for attorney's eyes only, then it wouldn't have been info the SPO covered. Yet he still insists that Hardin committed some sort of crime or offense putting the info in a filing.

Also calls Hardin "allegedly" licensed, which makes zero sense cause Hardin is a real lawyer unlike Greer who can't even get a paralegal job.

Definitely way more typos in this one like, "...Greer done considered doing business in...". Probably banged it out on his phone as fast as possible.

Good, good.
Let the hate flow through you. Embrace your destiny, Russell Greer!

The one thing that comes to mind is in the email chain between Russell and Hardin after the inquiry to Betty and the county planners, Hardin paraphrasingly says, "you have a response due date coming up. I hope you aren't late like you usually are; they are a riot to read!", which obviously set off some narcissistic rage.

Can you imagine if Greer was facing one of those asshole attorneys like you see on TV shows. I think his brain would have exploded.

"He hired a private investigator to figure out if I had a job." "His PI followed me to the whorehouse and then inquired as to how much I paid."

Both Mr. Hardin and all the judges have treated him with nothing but kid gloves.

Also, can we tell Greer now that he could have asked for an extension to respond to the motion to dismiss and it likely would have been granted. "I'm too busy and I have to prepare for the conference on the 6th, can I have 2 more weeks?"

But that's what he's relying on isn't it? He's playing the 'I'm a scared widdle wetard' card again because he's facing consequences, and it's worked enough to get him this far.

"HATE SITE". It's probably time he faked another email with a picture of Hitler to submit to the Court, just in case the judge doesn't get it.
