No response is never better. At a bare minimum, you need to file something that says, "HERE COME the defendands and what is this shit? No. Fuck this shit." or you get raped for infinity dollars and/or your case transferred to Florida.

Oh, that makes sense. At best, Russ's value is being the subject matter expert, or at least he thinks so. It's the only way the savvy (non-existent) financier makes any sense. Otherwise, Russ is an obvious, unnecessary middleman that brings nothing of value.

He doesn't. It's in part due to the judge denying his motion to postpone the hearing that was happening the next day. The hearing that was scheduled MONTHS prior. It's also in part due to the recent correspondence between Useful Hardin and the county. There's nothing that makes Russ seethe more than other people finding out about his... proclivities... Especially if it's because the notifier is someone Russ is already seething towards.
Hardin also accounts for the "gentle handling" that tard plaintiffs enjoy. He acknowledges that Russ MAY get a RO, and is prepared accordingly. WELL OILED.
A state court judge can't do dick to interfere with a federal court's jurisdiction, and any state court that did so would be in a world of pain.
The District Judge is going to go fucking Apeshit on Greer when Greer appeals the Sanctions or seeks an appeal bond from him.
Attempting to do this would almost certainly constitute a crime. Both before whatever local city county or state court he tries it. And in front of the 10th circuit judges. It is an act of purely criminal bad faith. It is fraud before several courts.

I wouldn't place too much stock in "reports" to police being handled consistently. While one cop may have taken that silly "report" from Russ, another would nod, act like he was writing everything down, and then bin it and code the encounter something else to avoid paperwork (the goal of most in that position). Instead of classifying it as a report of a crime, they classify it as an "assist citizen" (no name required) because it wasn't within jurisdiction (and also wasn't criminal).
