@StrangerMe I would have to disagree on the Montessori logo behind her.

Others have mentioned it before but it appears a lot more like a pawprint on a fleece pet blanket, or something similar.

I wouldn't rule it out completley, the bag from that school does look similar, though I feel that in order for this to be true we have to accept a lot of additional details. Its likely not her bag, as she would have stopped attending years ago. So it would then have to be a sibling's bag. I'm not sure how Montessori schools work, but if the bags are only loaned then the sibling may potentially have to be actively attending that school when the photo was taken. Then the bag has to be in her(?) car, and instead of moving this semi-rigid plastic bag she decides to sit on it to take her whore photographs. And the flow of her shirt comes down in just the right position to make it look like a pawprint.

Either that, or its a pawprint design. Possibly from a pawprint blanket or anything similar.

I have one of those, a few of my friends have them too. She's also more likely to sit on a blanket than a child's school bag.
We also know she has a cat, so her having a pet blanket doesn't seem out of the question. I think the asymetry of the print could be explained by a slight fold/raised section. One of the circles looks bigger than the others, as though it is folded over.

All of this is to say that in my opinion, it's probably just a pawprint blanket or something similar.

For reference, my biggest problem with the bag aren't the dots, it's actually the lettering that can be slightly be seen just above her leg, and below her arm.

If I leave it centered, it doesn't really fit, unless there's a very extreme warping going on, so my solution is that the words Montessori are between the logos, similarly to the print pattern that you posted, however, I'm not sure that's it either, as the barely visible letter just above her leg clearly isn't the M, I believe it might be the first or second spike from the N instead.

I haven't messed with the logo too much to try to determine if there's a better way for it to fit.

My original thought was that what I currently think are partial letters were the edges of a clover/Shamrock with a fucked up animal print inside of it, however, that was before I found the Montessori school.

I just realized that from Code Cave's findings, the account "Roseiscumming" which we assume was registered by Solo, actually has the british pound as the symbol next to its name, while the one that's registered under Rose's likely real name, has an American dollar sign.

Again, further support that she's American, and Solo was a bonger, and they had a long distance relationship, at least for most of the time.

Some clips from JSTLK's stream that will probably upset Destiny.

JSTLK encourages emailing people that Destiny is collaborating with to make sure they know what he's being accused of (remember, 6 different woman so far!), things he's admitted in court, etc.:
"He's basically used his platform to find women to sleep with, and then shared their videos around."

He later doubles down on the idea, even considering creating a website that logs people who have been made aware of his conduct and still choose to work with him:
"Listen, If he's not going to get put on a sex offenders registry.....why can't we be the sex offender registry?"

It's worth remembering that Destiny actually planned on doing something similar with Mr Girl. When Max was doing his "investigation", Destiny planned on making a website that would list all of Max's weird shit. The goal was that if Max emailed a journalist, the journalist would google Max Karson and see that he's insane.

JSTLK also highlights that Destiny is creating conspiracy theories in his head. In the DM's Destiny leaked with Abby (a very smart legal move, I'm sure!) he is implying that Abby is trying to manipulate him into giving information. However, what is much more likely is that Abby wasn't aware that he was sending a video of her around at that time. Footsoldiers probably don't realize that Abby wasn't in the Solo leaks, meaning someone else must have messaged her later on to tell her about the video.

As a side note, JSTLK mentioned a few times how boring Destiny content is and how he's more invested in the Amouranth stuff (and he gets more viewers). Given that Kuihman has been Raped into not covering Destiny*, I can see the ongoing coverage of the case dwindling even more.

*Kuihman has consistently complained about covering Destiny stuff, so I don't think he is actually "raped", but the timing of the threats and him not covering Destiny is funny. That little twink really doesn't have the moxxy to fight back.

I don't really have any big issues with your analysis, but just a couple things I think are worth noting.

First, regarding Destiny's failure to move to dismiss the complaint. I forget when he said this, but Destiny explained that he didn't file a motion to dismiss the complaint because he believes such a motion would have been denied. According to him, the complaint on its face stated a claim, and his argument that the court doesn't have subject matter jurisdiction arguably relies on matters outside the pleadings (i.e., his affidavit testimony concerning the timestamps). And, going back to the notion that Destiny is fighting a PR battle alongside the legal one, it probably becomes significantly harder to tell everybody the case is bullshit if he filed a motion to dismiss that was denied.

Second, as to discovery, according to Destiny, Pxie is trying to subpoena his Discord records, and he also said that he's been replying to discovery requests in his spare time. Presumably, those are discovery requests from Pxie's legal team. For the uninitiated, the public wouldn't necessarily know what is happening regarding discovery unless the parties get the court involved somehow. Typically, discovery just occurs between the parties, they wouldn't necessarily be filing these discovery requests.
