Winnemucca is serviced by a grand total of two trains a day, one each way, the Zephyr, which routinely has hours of delays. How is that a positive for a dream brothel? Who the hell would take a fucking train to visit a whorehouse? Unless its like Cologne or Amsterdam main station, I just see no way it would generate ANY noticeable traffic. A shitty dilapitaded station does not create a well travelled area.

Personally, I think it's actually pretty good in the general Northeast Corridor region and for some hubs like Chicago. It's horrifically mismanaged, though, and couldn't possibly exist without massive subsidies run the way it is.

The ones with sleeper cars are fantastic. If you're antisocial, you can even get room service and just never have to deal with anyone the whole trip, or you can eat in the dining car and the meals range from average fast casual to legitimate dining (depending on your route and to some extent luck).

Reviewbrah did a pretty good rundown of these (although he later expressed extreme disappointment at current changes Amtrak made to its service).

Russ is probably autistic as well as retarded so choo choo trains are a pretty big draw for him. Really, Amtrak outside the NE corridor is only good as a sightseeing excursion type deal. Otherwise you're paying more than a bus or even flying to get somewhere way slower and on most routes the train only runs a few times a week at best. Like is there any reason to take an Amtrak from LA to Eureka, OR when it'll take like 24 hours and cost $1000? If you just want to get from point A to point B, then obviously no, but if you want the train experience of sitting there while scenery passes by then it's pretty good for that.

His original plan was to bring in an older woman with brothel management experience to basically run the entire thing once he got it up and going (with help from his mystery billionaire benefactor) while he just did whatever, basically.

So yeah, sounds like he figured he'd just hang out and "sample the wares" and not much else.

He seems to have worked at FedEx a long time ago. Like possibly before 2015 even. I don't have it right on hand but there's an old Instagram picture of him in a FedEx shirt standing near a truck.

Of course he was probably a sorter or the guy who moves carts of packages around and loads the trucks. I don't think he's ever done driving for a job until just recently.
