After reading the redline I'm reminded of something that I'd forgotten. Greer goes out of his way to say Moon is a Florida Man(tm) who fled the country or something. But totally omits any actual details about Lolcow LLC, like where it's incorporated, who the principals are, etc. All stuff I'd expect to see to verify that the right Lolcow LLC is targeted, etc. Even Stebbins managed to get that mostly right.

I don't work many days lately, but of course the one time I'm called in and it goes late I miss the mother of all retarded filings from Shitlips. God damn, let's see what we have here:
  • Filing fee? What filing fee? I'm poor now, Your Honor, I know I said it was fine, but now it's not, so it's cool right? Fuck your order, Judge, I'll just file an opposition to what I agreed to already do.
  • Let's besmirch opposing counsel again and imply they're fake and gay and not a real lawyer because when they do their job, it hurts my feelings.
  • Let's shit on the Court and imply it's not doing its job to punish Hardin for not breaking any rules, even after the same Court told me (twice I think) that he didn't do anything wrong.
All of these should really endear Russell to the Judge. :story:

(One billion hours in GIMP)
The only appropriate software to render the face of a slack-jawed faggot.

The Judges response to this is going to be amazing. Assuming he doesn't go on a 3 day benzo and booze bender to try and forget what he just read.
Looking forward to the incredible Judge Bowtie x Ralph crossover stream in Merida.

Now I am wondering why Russ hasn't tried that sooner. Probably because it was just bluster on his part and he wasn't actually thinking about any of the potential consequences of trying to get such an order.
Of course it was bluster. Let's not operate on the assumption that Shitlips would have any idea how to even request such an order from the Court properly even if he did have a valid reason to do so. He thinks that just screeching in a filing like this is sufficient, and it will be magnificent when he finds out that no, it's not.

I'm no law fag but even I can see how impressively retarded this is.
The retardation of this filing can be seen from space, and I'm pretty sure it's one of the reasons aliens will delay making contact for another 50 years at least.

He seems to think protective orders are just handed out on request merely because everyone who asked for one against him got theirs, and is completely baffled by the fact that he has never ever got one he asked for.
Per Russel, they are handed out when it pleases the court. Now how does a protection order against Hardin please the court? Idk, but Russ sure as hell thinks it will.

HIs thinking is entirely transactional. Same with women, same with law enforcement, he believes the court exists to redress his sense of persecution. His balance on the scales, as it were, is The Hardship that is Kiwi Farms. Being made to pay fees is punitive insult to an injury that has not been relieved, so he views Hardin as antagonistic and in what he thinks is proportional retaliation resorts back to playing the victim to get what he thinks he's owed, the very tactic he's used all his life that apparently cultivated his sense of Trophy Syndrome.

I have to imagine this is grossly exacerbated by the leniency American courts have on pro se plaintiffs. They let Russel get so far (what is it, four years this bullshit has gone on) yet he doesn't actually learn anything, so he seems to have a Pavlovian compulsion in thinking this is how the entire case will go and is confused and angry when he doesn't get his way and starts dropping any pretence of decorum or procedure. I thought it was only malice, but it might be he's literally spoilt by the system and thinks he can still rely on his "plights" to achieve a result and presumably proceed to drown in grateful whorehouse pussy.

I don't think anyone would fault someone for blowing russ

EVERYONE would FAULT ANYONE for blowing russ.

Even if paid.

Even if paid well.

Give me all the rainbows in the world. But I think he may have gone too far this. He has repeatedly threatened opposing council. Been repeatedly told by the court to knock it off. He has repeatedly refused to provide evidence for his statements, and Been told repeatedly by the court to do so.

But all of that is small compared to the shenanigans with IFP. The court has told him to pay up after he said, TWICE he could pay. Now he's saying he can't pay. But he can apparently pay for all thise hooker and brother bullshit. Even if his case was meritorious, playing games with IFP can end things. Combined with everything else the IFP situation is fatal and the court may jump at the opportunity to shitcan this dumpster fire that way because that means they don't have to deal with anything else.

My hope is the court says absolutely nothing about these recent filings, except perhaps to permit the extension to Mr. Hardin without any further comment. Then on day 31 have Judge Barlow directly write the dismissal for failure to pay.

I'm inclined to agree - if he doesn't pay the fee, he's fucked. But if he does pay the fee, I think the court ignores that whole motion with a "We grant the extension because boring legal reason, insane filing is moot."

If he actually files a "fuck you, not paying you beeeotch" under seal (whatever the fuck that means) it is going to be denied right up his ass.

How it started: Oh poor little pro se litigant needs a little help on his homework.
How it's going: What the fuck did he file this time?

Even non retard plaintiffs seem to think "magic words that make things go my way" are a thing. If there was a court gameshark, courts would move a lot faster than they do.

I know it's "Not a thing" but it would be fantastic if a judge said "Yeah, you've filed enough protective orders. That's over. If someone decides to beat your ass, good."

I think it's worse than that since Greer in his own filing admits that he has the money in savings, and thus paying the fee would not affect his ability to pay bills. He just says he doesn't wanna pay cause Hardin is being mean to him.
