If he goes into trying to prove that he's innocent, it sounds like he's getting defensive and people assume that's because he's actually guilty. A ton of videos would suddenly crop up attempting to debunk or discredit his proof of innocence and whether the logic is sound or not, most people are idiots and it will only fan the flames. If he doesn't address it then people think the silence is speaking volumes. I think he handled it appropriately. Flat out denial and then an explanation of why the allegations may have been made makes the most sense and so far has proven effective.
He certainly comes across as more credible with his straight forward no-glitz presentation and abundance of receipts. Compare that to KPs sensationalized meme-riddled accusation video (which she hyped up as some sort of major media event, but quickly took down) and admission in another stream that there is no evidence for her claims against Saber, and I think most reasonable people would call bullshit.

That was my read on the situation too. Is there evidence that he actually masturbated with her underwear, or was it a stupid edgy joke? "Some chick left her laundry downstairs so I jacked off on her panties." Sure, its inappropriate and warrants an apology, but pursuing things to this extent and attempting to summon a moral outrage mob is fucking ridiculous. If he actually did it, then fuck him, but it sounds more like KP desperately wants to be victimized so she can farm that sweet sweet attention.

You are only innocent until proven guilty in a criminal court, in civil court, it's the preponderance of evidence (basically who appears 51% or more right). You can easily paint yourself into a corner by trying to explain yourself and fucking up (even if honest) so lawyers will tell you to shut the fuck up and say nothing and leave your legal defense to them.

I don't know what Saberspark did or did not do, but I don't infer guilt on his part for doing the minimal possible denial. Legally speaking, it's the smartest possible thing to do.

Court of public opinion? This is likely to thrash him.

AniMat has released DMs between him and KP in which she reached out to him and asked him to give Saber’s alleged victim a platform, just to say that there’s no evidence and that he’d have to find the victim on his own.

Mr. Enter did a very good job with his videos about the Star Giant & LioConvoy situations and he seems to be doing a thorough investigation here that will reveal a lot of currently private information. So I am expecting Mr. Enter's video to be high quality.

It just seems like one after the other is going to get involved in this mess.
 
Enter will always be a brony/mlpfag and so is KP, if he has any dirt on her or just his general thoughts from observing her activity within the fandom, then maybe he'll have something interesting to say.
Otherwise this is further proof Enter should just branch out into being a drama channel or something.
