I'm probably on a watchlist for googling what it was, but I busted out laughing seeing it's literally means pedophile OCD. Never heard of that specific term ever in my life but I can imagine it's an actual thing with some horrific implications.
I've heard of OCD mental cases of fearing death, shootings, injuries riding in a car, etc. If it's like that, then this person is outright admitting they have constant vivid thoughts about harming children in all sorts of demented ways. If they've grown up with this thoughts then they're mentally ruined and should be poised as a danger in society.

Even if I'm sure that it's possible that people can have OCD about being seen as a pedophile, I very much doubt that one of the symptoms of it would actually be sitting around watching child porn. If anything, you'd think they'd avoid anything involving children to a irrational degree. It's like saying that someone with OCD about their house burning down would go around starting random fires in it to prove that it's not going to burn down.

I will go on a limb and say there probably was once a useful and real classification for someone who's OCD gets them too much in their own head and makes them overly anxious about how they're perceived around kids in the same way someone might be paranoid about being perceived as a shoplifter in a grocery.
I give this generous analysis to point out just how insidious the pedophile is in its attempts to normalize its repugnant behavior and if there was a use for the term, it's destroyed now.
