It really isn't, though. The days of getting locked up for 10 years because a cop found a joint roach in your car are long gone. Pro youf and anti-police activists like to pretend they're still around, ignore circumstances like gang affiliation, or pick out true outliers and present them as the norm.

The system knows drug addicts don't get clean. Most judicial systems don't want to be pay for jail to be a babysitter anymore. An addict on the street killing themselves with drugs and not causing problems in society is what they're aiming for.

He does not have a weed card, and evilsponge is moist but correct, it does not matter. He begged his probation officer to allow him weed if he got his weed card and she said no. He shared this openly. If Austin had his weed card he'd be exclaiming it left and right. Hell I'm suprised he didnt just lie and say he had a weed card to try to prevent the rats from calling it in.

Also twitchbossmanjack did not relapse. He prolapsed. Relapsing would imply he ever wanted and tried to be clean. This was always the plan.
