I do think it's the most significant even if it might very likely never materialize into anything substantial, in terms that it shows EXTREMELY CLEARLY how his behaviour wasn't impulsive, an accident, or an "oopsie".

The thing that Destiny did to her is something that you can't justify at all unless you think she's lying about the recording being non-consensual.
Which you have to be DELUSIONAL. Chaeiry had ZERO reason to turn on Destiny, she was sweeping for him the days following the leaks.
The months before everything leaked, Chaeiry had grown increasingly friendly with Destiny, they had even been in at least one stream together (I believe in jstlk's) even tho he had sworn to not appear on stream with her ever again.

There is no explanation as to why Chaeiry would suddenly turn on him just as their relationship was recovering, UNLESS what she's saying is true and he recorded her without consent.

I do not want to shit talk Abby, as I do know what she said wasn't with malicious intent, but I did genuinely get angry when I read those messages to Darius in which she's saying she thinks Destiny is just "coomer brained".

Destiny isn't "coomer brained", this isn't because of him having ADHD, or because he has a sex addiction, there's something clearly wrong with him and his actions are both purposeful and malicious.

Again, I've said it multiple times in the past, but Destiny is genuinely the perfect image of a predator, he will hide himself behind this "SJW, Feminist, Consent" guy persona, so when he breaks the consent he plays the card of "well it was an oopsie, you know me, I'm not a bad guy".

I'm mentioning all this, because Chaeiry's case can't be explained by other reasons other than he gets off on breaking the consent of the girls. He can't say that it was a heat of the moment thing, or that he misread the situation/intentions, or that it was a "culture".

Destiny very purposely secretly records people, not only Chaeiry, and masturbates to it later. That's malicious, that shows his state of mind, that shows he's a predator.

However, this Destiny situation isn't even that, it isn't an "indirect truth", a peek behind the curtain, he's DIRECTLY doing it, he's DIRECTLY and PURPOSELY, and REPEATEDLY, even AFTER starting his ADHD medications, secretly recording people (like the Grindr hookup), and continuing to spread those videos around.


All this large text is just to say, that I'm glad Chaeiry is letting the seething hatred take over her and deciding to fight.

Destiny expects you to be passive, that's why I say you can't play fair with him, because he doesn't play fair, he doesn't believe in any rule or law in this universe, genuinely. Destiny is downplaying, dismissing, intimidating, harassing, and doing everything under the sun to stop more people from accusing him of more stuff, while creating this whole (false) narrative for his actions:
  • For Pxie it's "there was this culture", this "implied consent", or "she did it too".
Important to note, even tho there shouldn't be any need to point it out, as it's so painfully obvious. But Destiny first comes up with the narrative/bullshit story, often/probably inspired during one of his days off in which he uses all day to come up with a plan (between sessions of eating his own cum), using out of context conversations with the girls (like he did with Pxie) to first try to give the lie some sort of deformed legs, and LATER desperately tries to look or fabricate evidence through more lies and out of context quotes.

You can see this with Dan's stream when Destiny wasn't streaming when Pxie first came out with her public statement. That's why Dan was saying that "these girls did it too", which again Destiny was never able to provide proof of that regarding Pxie, also why RTBA, and his other Footsoldiers were saying "you don't know the full story" and implied that there was more going on, even tho there wasn't. They were simply told a bullshit lie by Destiny and they all parroted it. Same for the subhuman, Kyla (Erudite).

And you saw it once again, when Destiny was trying to find a single soul to which Abby had shown that video of them having sex to, to be able to do whataboutism, while downplaying his behaviour.

No doubt that for Stasia and Melina, to justify sharing those videos, his explanations will be the same, lie that they gave consent to be shared, say that since Melina had access to his DMs they all had already consented for him to spread it around to anyone, and lie by saying that they shared the videos too.
  • For Chaeiry, and any other person he secretly recorded we've already seen his strategy too.
He'll say that before the hookup he agreed with the guy to start the recording before arriving at the hookup place, EVEN THO he refuses to show any proof of those DMs, as if it was true he would 100% still have them.
And for Chaeiry it's lying that she knew it was being recorded, also likely will lie that she also gave consent for him to send it.


Why I'm explaining all this is to show how purposeful he is with trying to downplay his actions, at the same time crazy make the women, harass people who are helping them, and present himself as the REAL victim of the situation.

I will add, Destiny's claim that Potentially Criminal/Sean is a penny lawyer is a bit of a stretch, I would go with the term stripmall/cheeseburger lawyer.

I think I heard Jstlk mention the other day that he's getting fewer viewers when covering the court case. I found that hard to believe, since his stream basically started out as the Destiny Aftershow. However, it's possible that enough DGGers have moved on by now that covering Destiny no longer boosts his numbers.
