You can tell Becky has never experienced actual poverty. Being three seconds late on paying the property taxes is not going to get you thrown out on the street immediately like that. It takes years of being delinquent, especially in a place like California.

That said, I'm shocked she isn't spamming her PayPal address. Seems like the next step in the Becky cycle.

What the heck? Doesn't your mortgage company factor in property tax as part of your monthly payment and hold that in escrow until the semi-annual payment is due? My credit union does. It's not like Totally Rad And Progressive Polycule owns the house outright and it falls on them.

e: I looked it up and property taxes in Ventura County are due Nov 1 and Feb 1. Bitch, come on.

Typically property tax stuff won't get you kicked out in general. They'll just put a lien on your property and it'll come off the sale price later on.

But odds are they've got the payment all rolled up with the mortgage, which makes "not paying" trickier. However, there's no way the property tax is going up THAT much. This is just her lying as usual. California can only lift your property taxes by 2% per year.

Among other variables, it would depend on someone with credibility notifying the correct authorities of the history of negligence in a timely enough fashion for said authorities to take it into consideration with their death investigation.

Best case scenario would be when they were already aware of the negligence due to a paper trail having been started some time before, documenting each instance.

Just in case anyone reading here happens to be dealing with a situation with a crazy ex like this in real life.

When I got my CA mortgage, we had the option of rolling taxes into our "mortgage" payment every month or opting to pay slightly less each month in favor of a hefty year-end tax bill. Like any intelligent people, we rolled it in to monthly payments. But it wouldn't shock me if the Beckycule made poor long-term financial planning decisions and were like "wooo! We can pay $500 less per month?"

Daniel likely asked them to cover the November tax bill since he's been covering everything else, and Becky immediately decided that means homelessness. Good thing Jackson Mama Gerber bought an expensive Disney vacation for June, huh? That money is surely well-spent.

Also, just a reminder that that house has accumulated $500k in value since they purchased it, and Becky and Jackson will certainly walk away with at least some of that. She's a rich bitch who is angry she might be slightly less rich in the future. So very tragic.

So pretty much all of her tweets are just projection. She doesn’t pay for anything at all so she says Daniel is refusing to contribute to the house. She hates Daniel more than she loves hahnuh so she claims the opposite is true. She says he’s too busy for hahnuh because of hookups but all she’s tweeted about since shitting the baby out is about the hot sexy sex she’s having. She tells the world he abandoned her for focusing on their daughter while she’s abandoned any semblance of focus on hahnuh since birth and live tweeted the neglect that is physically evident. She claims Daniel is an uninterested father while admitting her literal fucking baby snuck outside with no one looking. She tweets proof of her abusive tendencies and tells the world she feels unsafe, but made fun of Daniel when he said the same thing. She tweeted about being baby trapped and only missing the income as if she didn’t spend years whining about her infertility ruining her life. Oh, and the one towards her nihilistic roommate about people only wanting the title but not the responsibility.

I always wonder when the projection is that on point, if there’s a hint of self awareness under the surface.

@Disco Snake I assume the court order is the one that was decided back when Daniel had to technically sue them in order for Becky to get her three person Birth Certificate. I'm guessing child support is included in this agreement, if you think about what it entails. The problem is that Becky keeps howling that Daniel hasn't paid a cent in child support when he has kept a roof over their head during her and Jackson's prolonged unemployment.

I wonder if Daniel could pursue a defamation claim against her for making posts like this. A court order is a matter of fact. It either exists or it doesn’t. Lying about one, with the intent to harm Daniel's job, seems like a straightforward case. Jackson’s trust fund could make it worth it financially too. But nothing ever happens. So I'm guessing this is just a bad bluff on the hag's part.

Also, I wonder if Daniel and his second, better replacement wife laugh at her twitter together.
