Actually the bankruptcy trustee has a lookback period of at least two years PRIOR to the bankruptcy filing. Needless to say, any such conduct IMMEDIATELY prior to the declaration of bankruptcy is inherently suspicious.

Is it at all surprising to anyone that all Karl wants is asspats from people?

In his little discord he is the king, he makes the rules and everyone defends him.
Instead of asking people to stop posting Billy's tweets he tells them to not post Billy's tweets.

So long as he gets his asspats and gets called king in his little discord his ego is fueled and nothing in the outside world matters.

It's becoming increasingly likely Karl will be this years sacrifice to the corn. As others have pointed out even DSP wasn't dumb enough to talk about all his pro-gamer moves to protect his assets in Bankruptcy. Jobst really is an arrogant twat.
