Goal is $18,000 and represents a year worth of expenses.

Normally I do sales but I have not been able to get a payment processor replacement in a full year even for the merchandise site. I have also been working to get the check deposit stuff up, but I am having trouble finding a bank willing to give us an RDC machine.

I figure, why not try the hot new platform?

It's a long post about Alyssa Mercante's lawsuit against a Youtuber (SmashJT). Mercante's lawyers (from the KUSK Law firm) are attempting to use a new common law tort of "stochastic terrorism/harassment" to claim that SmashJT is legally responsible for his audience members and random trolls harassing Mercante. Thankfully, their case hasn't been going well, and it'll probably be dismissed... but it's very obvious that this whole thing was planned as a test run to use the tort against KF.

Liz Fong-Jones is very likely involved in the background, via KUSK.
His attack dog, Kathryn Tewson, gets a brief shoutout. She's confirmed to be working on Mercante's lawsuit. There's also a new KUSK lawyer named Don McGowan involved. Bizarrely, he seems to be a friend/acquaintance of lolcow Shane Nokes (a deranged Patrick Tomlinson orbiter).

Interesting if you googled Kusk Law you get a Times article about jer and another lolcow here who's also a lawyer Akiva Cohen who has threatened the Farms before with legal action and get this he's a partner with KUSK, for those of you not in the know of deep lore. Along with brick face here and this Times article one could make an assumption that Kusk Law is using lawfare for asspats and virtue signaling.

At this point I think they already took place, but it is possible that the guys from GiveSendGo don't give a shit. If they didn't want to work with the farms they would have done it since it was proposed by Null.
