Outside of other theories, Daniel could've told Jackson to carry the weight for a bit. Until you get done with s car payment or mortgage, you can get surprised with all the new money you have. He could've just said he needs a month or two, now that California's most retarded lawyer is working again. And instead of thinking it's okay for all the weight he carried, she wants to wave some agreement around; an agreement of 1/3 that she has failed to meet every month. Don't get me wrong, California is absolutely ruthless when it comes to giving single women money for babies and holding whoever responsible (they'll cite the welfare of the child and force the non-sperm donor to pay if the woman fingers him). But I have to seriously question the validity of this agreement/court order, and mainly if it was some sort of legal document and not some fucking "don't cross your fingers behind your back" agreement between friends, like her and Daniel's marriage agreement thing that she burned. The only thing I can say for certain is if a true and honest split does happen, it's going to be a shitshow and not just because Becky is a fucking BPD mess. Because The State of California has forced (see garnishments) unwilling and un-blood related men to be financially responsible for a child that isn't theirs; but Becky has a legal husband, a bared lawyer at that. Her trying to hold Daniel responsible seems like it'll be an uphill battle and not because he's a conniving trickster who baby trapped her; but because their retarded poly larp is a massive fucking mess in its own right, and then voluntarily getting the state involved is only going to make shit worse. Sure, if we're gonna be honest and because we have insight to her life; TheBestInterestsOfTheChild™ would unironically being giving Hannah to Daniel and separating Daniel from Becky and Jackson. But the state prefers to keep a child with their family, especially the mother, and the mother has a husband she was legally married to long before Hannah was born... unironically the state might just stick Hannah with Becky and tell Jackson to be a man and raise his wife's daughter. It depends on locations - but Child Support isn't just "have some money", it's to pay for vital services - primarily for the parent the child lives with. As Hannah lives with Daniel and Becky full time, the expectation would be to split the expense in half (or in Becky's retarted case, split three ways). Daniel is on the hook for 33% and has likely been paying 100%.

His argument should be "They've been slacking on their commitment for over a year and owe me a very large pile of cash" and likely will be. Becky has no legal reason she cannot work (and has no medical backing and stopped working before the child) and Jackson has even less of a reason.

Even in CA, I'd be shocked if he would be on the hook for more than $2,000/month, but it seems like he's going to lawyer up and obliterate her in court - it would be quite funny if Becky ended up owing Daniel support.

If she really did contact his colleagues and employer with accusations, he might be able to get a restraining order. She's been flirting with the edge of what is legal and absolutely heading towards libel/harassment/slander.

There'd be some sort of targeting/harassment, especially as she's doing everything she can to run his name through the mud. The only question I'd have to ask, is if any of the people she whines to really have any sort of influence; because with as much as she bitches online, a court may ask who is she bitching to. If she's screaming into the void, it may be a hard sell on what she's doing; if she's legit talking to people they know and Daniel may have to interact with on any sort of routine basis, there's a case for she's trying to harm him (despite him paying for the entire house, Becky you genetically maligned retarded whore). As for her talking to Daniel's friends; have to ask how many of them may actually believe Becky when she cries that Daniel isn't upholding his part of the deal, when he's probably bitching to them about how Becky keeps bringing in strays and all Jackson does is read FetLife and jerks it 16 hours a day. She's obviously trying to poison Daniel's life; and if/when it comes to it, if she really did say shit to them, I hope they come to testify on behalf of Daniel.

He was her first (and only) true husband; he let her bring Daniel, Punning Pundit, and God knows how many other people into their life while being legally married to Becky. At best he might try a "Hey Yonah, it might be good if you do X." Notice the passive voice, he's not gonna put his foot down or exert any actual control or influence over her; but she won't listen, if he tries to exert any amount of authority he'll be next to be slandered online, and I don't think he has the guts to just let her rage. Keep in mind, this dude is apparently a bared attorney in The State of California (not a high bar, mind you) and he had to ask around how to initiate a name change. Literally one of the easiest fucking legal actions to take that is so easy you shouldn't need the advice of a practicing attorney to do it; and he didn't have the brain power to suggest "Go to the county court house and ask for the form and process."

I'd have an easier time if you told me Jackson is really some guy who shows up and gets paid to take pictures to make it look like Becky isn't alone; or just one of her FetLife weirdos. Or if you told me he was a sub-60 IQ who sits in a wheelchair and drools on himself; because that's the kind of behavior I'd expect from someone who lets Becky do a fraction of the shit she does.
