Everyone wondering about child support, I suspect it's something like this:

Becky wanted both Cucks on the birth certificate. Because she's married to Jackson, in order for Hah-nuh's birth certificate to have Daniel added on, he had to sue them for custody based on DNA paternity. Becky talked about this before, how funny it was that Daniel had to sue her and Jackson even though no one was fighting over anything.

The courts wouldn't just award Daniel custody with no strings attached. If he wanted parentage of the kid, he likely had to sign a custody agreement that specified he would pay for 1/3 of the kid's upkeep. That seems pretty standard court custody stuff.

So that's why there has been a custody agreement in place for 15 months - since Hah-nuh was around 1 months old. I actually don't think this part is a lie, unless the entire three person bc arc was a total lie (which I doubt, she's kept the details too straight).

The interesting part of this is that it's likely Becky and Jack who aren't paying their 2/3 of the agreement.

If he's paying the full 7k mortgage on something they're meant to be equally paying three ways, that's 4,666.666 cuckson and the seahag should have been paying but haven't. Even if the court took the position that paying Jackson's share doesn't count towards Hannah's upkeep, Becky is still getting 2,333 per month. That's about 28k per year. Becky has no expenses because she's fully supported by her husband, she could easily get another job again based on her education and experience, and she's sharing custody of Hannah 50/50. What does she think the judge is going to give her other than another mental health crisis?

if, and with Becky everything is a big if, but if it's truly a court mandated 1/3 split that's been going on for over a year there is every chance that he's already payed whatever he was due. When my friends were getting separated and splitting up payment on the house one just played his part in a lump sum while the other staggering it throughout like 2 years.

There are so many vindictive ways to drag out a divorce, and we had so little thus far that I just assume Becky is at fault.

This is so sad:

Not a single experience has made him feel like life is a better alternative to no life

The part that confuses me is Daniel believing it no longer applies now he's decided to "dump" them - that could be Bex talking out her ass ofc but would a custody agreement really have a clause in it that null and voids it, if they break up?

I could see that happening if Bex, Jackson and Daniel put together some boilerplate doc that they all signed and they just called that a legit legal aggreement maybe

He’s been paying the entire mortgage by himself for months. I also suspect he’s paid for more than a third of Hannah’s upkeep by a country mile since he was the only one who had a job until recently.

God I hope they go to court. It would be so fucking funny,

The funny part is that what is happening is probably just what the thread predicted a while ago -- Daniel wants to force a sale of the house -- which would be a ridiculously favorable situation for Becky and Jackson. They'd take two-thirds of the equity and profit after having contributed nowhere near so much.

If Daniel actually had a court order to give Becky money for child support and he wasn’t paying it, I am pretty sure the court could just garnish his wages? I still think the court order is completely made up.

That’s just BPD Becky. What is more likely to have happened is that he’s been supporting and supplementing four adults plus himself for months/at least a year before Jackson got a new job. The haram plus any stray queers Becky picked up, and one of those stray queers doesn’t work at all. The boyfriend Sam complained (supposedly) about not being able to afford rent at one point before Daniel absconded. So Daniel has been carrying everyone Becky brought along plus himself and hahnuh.

When they split she did the stereotypical baby mama thing and started screeching about child support IMMEDIATELY like they were in separate homes and she was doing it all alone. It’s a batshit crazy bitch trope, child support as punishment for the relationship ending, and Becky is following to a tee. So she thinks he owes her child support (despite living together) simply for the fact that he doesn’t want her gash anymore or all the nastiness it’s brought upon his life. And he must be punished. Daniel is not handing over cash to the woman benefiting from the mortgage and utilities he’s carried alone forever, Jackson just got a job and his income has to be used for boring things like bills and not DisneyLobsterPorkRolls schlock, and Becky is realizing the income that supported like six and a half people can now be poured into one woman and a life together that doesn’t involve her. She wants him flat fucking broke before he moves away from her because she realizes how far that number could stretch without a faggy haram to support. She’s very fixated on repeating his annual bring-home, it’s driving her crazy that she’s about to lose access. So she’s trying to smear his name and reputation, possibly edging ever closer to trying to getting him fired, because she’d rather burn his life down than have him move on without her.

Becky's largely making such a big deal of this because she thinks of the "PTSD" from her "abusive divorce" as a way to buy herself another several blissful, jobless years doing nothing because anyone telling her to do a chore or look after the kid is being just like big abusive meanie Nazi Daniel.

And probably couldn't afford rent because Becky was spending any money SAD made on herself. He had to spoil his new Moooooommy, right?

She won't be happy until she can make Daniel feel what she's feeling. I read that somewhere once about BPDemons, and it's so true - that the reason they lash out and slash and burn when angry is that they viscerally NEED someone else to feel how badly they feel. The fact that Daniel appears largely unbothered is definitely a source of huge emotional pain for her, and she will stop at nothing to make him feel as badly as she feels.

So nothing is off-limits. Call him a bad Father, say he's neglecting his child. Say he cares more about his dick than Hah-nuh. Say he's violent and scary. Say he's financially abusive and manipulative. Call his friends and tell them he's a terrible person. Get him fired, ideally, since that would hurt him terribly - doesn't matter if you need to lie to make that happen (or that it would ruin any chance of that child support payment she wants).

Grey rocking like he seems to be doing is the correct course of action, along with getting TF out, but it's gonna be a long-haul thing. Even if he moves out and gets a court ordered protection in place, she will stalk his socials, anyone he knows, his place of employment. Hate to tell you, Danny, but the BPDemon I know whose polycule exploded is still stalking her moved-on ex 5 years and some change down the line - and they don't have a kid together.
