It honestly kind of astounds me. I've seen people with down syndrome be more quick witted than Chance.
Those moments where he randomly stops mid conversation and takes like a full minute to continue talking are both hilarious and annoying.
I've caught myself multiple times going "And?" "And?" at the screen whenever he fucking does it.

People need to start editing like the youtube buffering icon over his forehead whenever he does that, because that's all I can think of whenever it happens.

Chance doesn't look 5'3. It's like the second police report where his height is listed as 5'3 so either it's true or they ask the guy his height and they write it down.

They ask you and right it down. I am 5’10 and I have had officers say over 6 feet and they do it with the weight too. Personally I think he is smaller than 5’3 his tiny frame doesn’t help though.

He is roughly 5' 2' in my experience. Perspective on the court camera was bad, sorry.
