It's a nonsense philosophy that's predicted on the supporters subjective view that being alive is worse than having not existed.
Trying to take it seriously, and supporters at their word, the only logical conclusion is mass extermination of all life. Since not only do humans suffer because they're alive, but so does every other living thing.
It's all based on their subjective view that being alive is net negative in terms of pleasure vs pain. Which means you can just argue the opposite and they don't have any real argument against it. It also means that if you ever meet an antinatalist you can get them flustered by asking why they don't kill themselves or spend their life high on meth.

Redditors are having a bad year optically. First they get called out for all the pro-assassination people, then they find out they're being duped by AI into changing their opinions, now another extremist part of reddit is being shown to the world with the anti-natalists.
The anti-natalist/vystopia subs have been brought up here before and I've made the comparison that they're the modern day euphoric atheists. That's not to say the atheists don't exist anymore but it's not cool/edgy to be atheist anymore, it's pretty much baseline for redditors. So now they have to find something more extreme to be the new edgy/cool thing to feel superior about so they latch on to retarded ideas like anti-natalist and vystopia.
Vystopia in particular seems like it was made so that vegans can feel superior to others. Kind of, but Redditors are fully pussy whipped/in the longhouse and the advent of dating apps+modern feminism means that a woman regularly engaging in meaningless casual sex isn't just chic, it's brave and stunning and something to be celebrated.
