Even if it's common for dems to touch kids, it doesn't mean they don't deserve to suffer because its normal for them. It means every single one who touches a child deserves divine punishment.

The FAA... approve an aircraft by 2026 and then permit it in paid passenger carrying operations in heavily congested airspace by 2028. Oh, right, we got the laughing out of the way already. And you'd still have to have a bunch of pilots certified and as it's not a airplane or helicopter they'll all need brand new training and checkrides. It usually takes years for a new airline/charter company to get up and running, let alone one on technology the FAA has just barely started writing regulations for.

every HOA I've ever had to interact with have at one point went something like:

"we the committee have decided all residents must repaint their house to the newly approved 'castle grey' color instead of the old 'dark grey' shade we made you paint your house 6 months ago. this task must be done in 2 weeks and done by the professional painter officially approved by the HOA committee (who also happen to be one of the committee member's nephew) failure to comply with these demands will result in a $1000 fine every week until compliance is achieved. fuck you, do something about it"

people involved in an HOA should live in constant fear for their safety and lives.

I don't know how to feel about Biden. Dudes legacy is cooked:

>You become the poster child for term limits and represent and aging party out of touch with the voters
>Because of your health issues, theres no hope of a redemption arc like Jimmy Carter
>Your legacy is now the worst modern day president

They can claim Kamala fucked it up so Joe didn't really get Trump elected for a second term, but its a massive cope. Biden claimed he was only one who could beat Trump ad nausea.
Ironically by Joe staying in the race, he doomed democrats to lose, the very reason why he stayed in the race in the first place. Pottery.

Jill, Hunter and other special interests pressured him to run for all the wrong reasons. Hunter didn't want to go to jail, Jill was bitter about Kamala and Trump... Biden had to run to keep the grift going otherwise I think they all feared going to jail because of the crimes committed.

I predict his prez library will be focus more on covid, racial justice bs and more about his life in the senate. Theres zero economic achievements or legacy that compares to Trump. Even Obama got two terms.

The funny part is that, from what I read, most of the "added property value" from HOAs goes to the developer, and less and less people want to buy a property which is encumbered with one. I have hope that they'll soon be associated with a sharp decrease in property value.
Why would anyone want "Moe-Lester Howard, 64" or "Susan Bitchwife, 49" or maybe "Vile Contract Schlomo, 50" to be able to arbitrarily tell them what to do and legally seize their house if they don't comply or pay them? It sickens me that HOAs aren't associated with a gigantic decrease in property value.

Usually when a plane of this size(5 passengers) hits a building it breaks a window, maybe starts a small fire.
That's with it loaded with flammable gasoline.
Now, replace that with Lithium Batteries.
