Don't kid yourself Leanna. If you had anything that vaguely resembled guts you'd have snipped Phil out off your life years ago

I am extremely excited to watch DSP play a game on the easiest setting possible and still struggle the entire time.

Again.
People were getting banned by just streaming the game. Let's see what happens.

DSP is an enigma to me. I'm not a "detractor" but everything I've seen of him, over years, is the exact same. He streams games, he's always bad (just watching the Battlefront footage is painful) and the commentary is almost literally nothing but whining and complaints. None stop.

How is there enough money in this to afford to live? Does he have rich parents or something?

The running theory is yes. However they own a condo unit that's only worth about $54K so maybe not. That's a pretty cheap place.

However Phil has lawsuit winnings, got unemployment for a while, was making bank on YouTube several years ago, and gets plenty in donations. He isn't or rather shouldn't be improverished.

He isn't impoverish, since he's still living as a king on his nice gated community in Renton, WA (well, "as a king"... the King of Accumulated Dust, maybe). He's a stupid overspender, which is absolutely baffling since he supposedly has a business degree of all things.

That's what people who stay wealthy do.

Regardless of Phil's cash flow, he probably is stressed out about money because he's likely living well above his means. And by this point, he's used to the 'finer' things in life and has no plans on humbling himself into an affordable state. But living like that is how you wind up being a sixty year old walmart greeter, living in a shitty apartment and eating dogfood. Wealthy people tend to live in affordable houses and have frugal budgets. Then they spend their twilight years on cruises where they get treated like royalty.

There's different tiers of "wealthy" of course, and yeah some of them have million dollar houses and a retirement plan. But an elderly couple living in a tiny cheap place doesn't necessarily mean they're broke.

*edit*

The tragedy here is that if Phil's parents are well off, they're not going to get to relax. They're going to end up bailing out their selfish dipshit of a son and taking care of his ass until they die.

He criticised Pewdiepie for making millions and 'not doing anything with it'.

Does he have any idea how much sodium is in V8? Also the fact this guy needs to drink that much energy drinks to sit down all day is appalling and that shameless mug plugging he is doing now... he is gonna do that in every stream now

I mentioned his lawsuit winnings and unemployment, but has he also gotten "free" money by way of disability benefits?

"I have a bad back" said by someone who clearly does not always makes me suspect the possibility of disability fraud. Does anyone know if you're allowed to collect disability when you also own a small business?

You have to be unable to engage in gainful employment. Early on he might not have been considered to be engaged in gainful employment. Until it began being gainful emplpyment he still had time before being reviewed. If the condition is likely to improve they still don't check up on you for 18 months and if it's not likely to improve it can be up go 7 years.

You cannot either work a certain amount of hours or exceed a specified amount per month so if he was, he is defrauding it.
