Ya know, I'd expect his voice to be audibly retarded, but outside of being able to pronounce things like "th". You'd never guess something is wrong with him if you could only go by his face and voice, but nope. The retard aura doesn't peek through until he's in motion.

I wonder how long it takes for someone to realize there is something is definitely, definitely off after they meet him.
